Rural SA – Off Grid New Build
Coastal home in rural South Australia built into the clifftops using local stone and materials to complement the rugged coastal location.
This highly finished, off grid home is like no other that we have worked on. Our work included over 200 down lights, “Stars at night” living room feature light arrangement, feature pendants, external lighting, general power, communications cabling, equipment power and back of house lighting.
Powering this off grid installation is a 95kw PV solar system feeding a 150kWh battery backup. Also, to complement the battery/solar system is an 80kVa 3 phase Perkins diesel generator that operates once the battery system drops to 20%: Private Client
Woodside House – New Build on 73 acres
800m² floor space high end home built out of local Basket Range stone with 3.4m ceilings. Our work involved a 600m incoming consumer mains to the new MSB located in the 200m² shed. Downlights, LED strip and feature pendants featured throughout with all lights controlled by a Dynalite lighting control system. Power was installed throughout with supplies to air conditioning, hot water systems, appliances and shed power. Audio visual and access control included a Crestron multi room audio system featured in living and bedroom area’s and a Aiphone door system between the living room and the front gate: All Exclusive Homes/Nelson Architects/SECON
