New 5000m² site located within the envelope of the former Mitsubishi car manufacturing plant at Tonsley.
The scope of work included a 1000 amp site supply to a new main switchboard equipped with a power factor correction unit. New sub-mains and sub-boards to both manufacturing and administration. Power was installed throughout the site, including manufacturing equipment, LED lighting with automated control, including light harvesting. The Click by Wire modular wiring system was utilized in the office for both power and lighting. Additionally, a Cat 6A network cabling system was installed, along with access control and security systems: Mossop/WSP/Swanbury Penglase

Internal renovations were carried out in various stages, including the Barossa Room, Sean’s Kitchen, VIP Kitchen, Pop bar, Oasis bar, Grange Room, and Buffet Dining.
Our scope of work included electrical installations, general and equipment power, new lighting, network cabling systems, access control, CCTV, and C-Bus lighting control. Schiavello/AECOM/Abeo/Bates Smart.

Bath Apartments – Six Story Apartment Building
Six story residential development comprises of ground floor retail space and 27, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments each with secure carparking and storage facilities. Project also included a rear 2 level car park that also services the adjacent Bath Hotel.
Our scope of work included the electrical installation, general and equipment power, new lighting, network cabling systems, access control, CCTV, relocation and replacement of the main switch board and relocation of the existing generator.
